Women on Wings Initiative

After spending a couple of years in India I would say this is the right way to help women to find a job, afford a dignified life and provide hope for the future. So far it seems Women on Wings are engaged solely in India but I guess similar initiatives are and/or should be soon in other parts of the world where women still need to fight for their positions in society, more than in other parts of our globe.

Things didn’t turn out the way they were supposed to, but what can you do? You must take life the way it comes at you and make the best of it – Yann Martel

      1. I have a dear friend who is involved with an organisation called Bloom in Cambodia. They provide hospitality and paper craft training to women who have been rescued from trafficking.
Women on Wings, whilst not quite the same, reminded me of this. What great initiatives to support and be involved in.
