The resemblance of this Palace to Windsor is not accidental and anyone can find it in Bangalore, among other well preserved post-British style buildings. Nevertheless, not many tourists know about this place, as Bangalore usually is associated with rather being the Asian Silicon Valley than a place of tourist and historical value. What is not entirely true and the Bangalore Palace is the best example of this is that gems can be hidden anywhere, even just around the corner. Especially after renovation it is a very charming place and conceals many fascinating stories. Indeed, that’s one of my favourite places in India.
